The Beara Peninsula is the most westerly peninsula in West Cork. Facing the Atlantic, it enjoys tropical vegetation, due to the influence of the Gulf Stream. Castletownbere, the peninsula’s principal town, is the largest white-fishing port in Ireland. |

- 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single, (1 double and 4 single beds), built-in wardrobes, bedside lockers, shelving units;
- one bathroom with large electric shower;
- fully-equipped kitchen with utility room: cooker; microwave; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer; large fridge/freezer and second fridge. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, tableware, glassware and gadgets.
- Dining/sitting area, separated by a counter from the kitchen, this features 2 large windows with spectacular ocean and peninsula views and unforgettable sunsets; open fireplace; big double sofa bed; table/6 chairs; 2 high stools; 2 leather easy chairs; coffee table nest; TV/video player; radio/CD player; reading lamps and dimmer switches throughout.
- A large patio with landscaped shrubbery to the front. Smaller patio with large landscaped rockery and garden to the back, complete with garden furniture : 2 tables; 8 chairs; bench; 2 side tables and barbeque.
- A garden, chalet-type, shed for storage.
